Returns & Refunds

We're sorry to see that you're looking to return your Primrose & Cove product :(

All our items are handmade, and any imperfections are listed in the items description before you buy, so there should be no surprises when you unwrap your joyfully created item! Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any imperfection, or reason, that has already been advertised.

Refunds will be granted if items have been damaged, or lost, in transit. This will be in line with the postal carriers definition of a 'lost parcel'. For example, Royal Mail define this as "an item lost after the 10th working day after the due date".

If there is something wrong with your product, that has not been addressed in the product description, please get in touch with us at primroseandcove@gmail.com and we will work towards a resolution. Please allow 3 working days for a response.
