Shipping Policy

Everything at Primrose and Cove is handmade and handpacked. How your items are shipped will depend on what you order. For example, large items with lots of components, or detail, may not be able to be folded, or rolled easily.

If there is going to be any difficulty with dispatching your order, or delay, we will endeavour to communicate this with you.

That being said, most parcels will be sent out within 5 working days, and will be sent via a tracked or recorded method.

If you have ordered a bespoke product, shipping will be detailed to you on the quotation.
